How It Works 🌻

A simple, supportive process designed for real, lasting progress.

1. A First Conversation

We begin with a friendly 30-minute phone call to talk about your home, routines, and what feels challenging. You’ll get a sense of my collaborative, coaching-style approach, and we’ll choose a day for your first focused session.

2. Work Together in a 3-Hour Session

During each session, we choose the area that will make the biggest impact and work side by side at a steady, comfortable pace. We simplify what you have and create practical changes that support daily life.

3. Let Go with Donation Support

At the end of each session, I take donated items to a local charity, so progress is visible right away and the items you have released can be used and appreciated.

4. Continue at Your Own Pace

Schedule sessions as needed for steady progress. After each visit, you’ll receive a brief summary with notes and clear next steps to support continued momentum.

You’ll leave each session with visible results, renewed confidence, and a lighter space — ready for what’s next.
